Burg-Führung
The towering landmark of the copper town of Stolberg is the castle. It lies on a mighty limestone rock above the Vichtbach valley. Below the lofty fortifications lies the historic town center, which has been largely preserved. It can look back on around 500 years of construction history and has seen many a lady and gentleman come and go, from the knights to the present day. During the approximately 1.5-hour guided tour around the castle and in its rooms, the most important information about the history and architecture is revealed and the many small special features are pointed out.
Individual bookings for groups of up to 25 people are possible on many dates.
A public guided tour of the castle takes place every 2nd Sunday from April to October. The meeting point is at 3 pm at the entrance to the Torburg Museum. Registration is not required.
