Kall Trail [66]
Hürtgenwald-Vossenack
The hike starts at the "Hürtgenwald 1944 and in Peace" museum in Vossenack. From here, you hike through the village to the then start of the Kall Trail. Accompanied by magnificent views and traces of the Second World War, you finally reach Schmidt-Kommerscheidt via the Kall Bridge. A wonderful story awaits you here in the form of a "Hörstein". A radio play can be accessed here via a QR code. Another of these listening points can be found at St. Josef's Church in Vossenack.
On the way back, you will reach the Mestrenger Mühle mill and another viewpoint from which you can see the Teufelsley to the south, depending on the state of the vegetation.
At the end of the tour, we recommend a visit to the museum and the German military cemetery in Vossenack.
Thanks to the LVR, the Kall Trail can now also be experienced as a KuLaDig tour. You can find the tour >>here
