Our flat roof bungalow, Bauhaus style, is situated in a quiet blind-alley next to the forest. Through the beautiful hillside , the view may freely wander over the wooded green valley across to the old town and the castle. The upper floor we inhabit; there are our offices. The lower floors exclusively for our holiday guests.
We rent two completely separated apartments, can be booked individually or also together.

Conditions
Ferienwohnung 1 - the holiday home is bookable for 4 person (additional 2 sofa bed possible)
Ferienwohnung 2 - the pool suite is bookable for 2 person (additional baby cot possible)

We aim to make yor stay as comfortable as possible for you.
We will ask you for a 25% deposit to block your dates.
The remaining payment become due 7 days before your arrival day.
An additional 5% on the total booking price has to be paid as visitor tax on arrival.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Cancellation:
25% until 7 days before arrival and 50% thereafter.
