Eifel-Blick "Effelsdach"
Nideggen
This Eifel view lies, as the name suggests, above the Rur in the Effelsley area at an altitude of 275 metres above sea level. This rock group stretches about one kilometre in length and consists of numerous rocks lined up close together. In the northern area, several smaller rocks lie hidden in the forest, while mighty rock towers and walls rise to the south.
In a south-west to north-west direction, you have a view of the northern foothills of the Eifel National Park, into the middle Rur valley and beyond to the plateau of the Rur-Eifel.
